Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Does Periwinkle Online guarantee its product?
Of course! We're 100% committed to making you happy. Each case is hand checked thoroughly before it goes out the door to ensure you get the best! While we make every effort to ensure your case arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things could happen. If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please take pictures of the defect and contact us right away. We will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in its original condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded and its solely buyer's responsibility. We are not responsible for any return/exchange shipping mishaps and recommend you insure and track your package.
Exemption from being returned ;
- Health and Personal Care items.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
- Items purchased on SALE cannot be returned.
- International purchased item returns due to customers change of mind are not allowed.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
To complete your return/refund, we require;
- Proof of purchase with original box/documentation and packaging.
- In good working condition and no defects.
- No scratches and damages whatsoever
Customer need to provide us the picture of defected items and parcel package. Failure to meet the above requirements, return will not be accepted.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Depending on the applied Return policy, you may return your item to us within 7 calendar days. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied through bank deposit or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that you can only refund a transaction with a settled status. Please allow up to 15-20 days for your refund to be processed.
Full Refund - if your order does not arrived (60) days from the date of purchased.
Refund or Keep - if your item is significantly different from the product description. You can;
- A) Return the item and get a full refund or;
- B) Get a partial refund and simply keep the item/s.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
At this time, we cannot process exchanges. Hence, we only replace items if they are proven defective form our store. Any alteration signs will void the right to exchange the item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com then we will give you full instructions on how to exchange your item/s.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping high valued items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.
