HOW TO BUY?
- Browse through our various categories to look for an item you intend to buy.
- On product page, if variation is available, choose one and indicate your preferred quantity then tap "Add to Cart" button. You will then be directed to the Shopping Cart.
- On your cart, you can still amend your intended quantity before checking out. Once confirmed, select "Check out".
- On the customer information field, key-in your details; Email, Name, Address and Contact Number. Continue to shipping method.
- On the shipping method, select shipping preference, proceed.
- Double check your shipping address and select from the shipping options available. In this section, key-in Discount Voucher if applicable and proceed. Continue to Payment Method.
- On the last page, select your chosen mode of payment and Complete the order.
HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT?
The instructions to activate your account will be sent to your email once you have submitted the registration form. If you did not receive this email, your email service provider’s mailing software may be blocking it. You can try checking your junk / spam folder or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org

- Visit any Cebuana Lhuillier branch and fill out the Pera-Padala Form.
- Present the accomplished form together with a valid ID.
- Give the total amount to be paid.
- Secure the Pera-Padala form.
- Take photo of the Pera-Padala Form clearly showing the recipient and 10-digit control number and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org / FB page for validation and verification so we may release and send the item being purchased.
Debit / Credit Card - By using this option, select PayPal then select "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" option located just below the Paypal Log-in button.
PayPal - At periwinkle-online.com, PayPal payments are processed via Paypal, and therefore we do not hold or store any credit card information on our servers whatsoever. We always encourage security and trust with our customers. Through Paypal you can purchase using most major credit cards.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into your Periwinkle Online account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDERS BEFORE I MAKE A PAYMENT?
After logging into your account, go to your Shopping Cart. Here, you will be able to make payment or cancel your order.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE AFTER I MAKE PAYMENT?
Upon payment confirmation, customers should expect to receive their orders within 3-5 working days for in-stock-locally items and 32-55 calendar days for Overseas / Internationally Shipped products upon payment verification depending on the volume and location of orders received. We deliver nationwide and some part of Asia, AU and even USA. International shipments usually took less than a month or more over to those items coming from Germany, France, Spain, Italy, China, Russia and somewhere in the USA. We DO NOT guarantee a 1-3 weeks delivery, it never happened except for those few in-stock items.

CAN I PREARRANGE THE DATE I WANT TO GET THE DELIVERY?
Unfortunately NOT, we are unable to accommodate specific delivery time requests at the moment. If you are not available at the time of your delivery attempt, the courier partner will try to re-deliver to you at another time.
HOW DO YOU SHIP MY ORDERS?
All your orders are sent via FastTrack, LBC or Abest Express and any other International couriers of Overseas products (EMS, UPS, Singapore Post, China Post, Fedex and DHL).

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDERS & PAYMENT?
After logging into your account, the status of your checkout history can be found under Order History. For orders via registered postage, a tracking number (article tracking number) will be sent to you once the receipt is provided by the respective carrier service.
HOW DO I PRE ORDER?
Simply place an order for a pre-ordered product/s. This goes the same way with the in-stock items but delivery is a bit delayed due to the unavailability of the item being ordered.
IMPORTANT: If you mix pre-order products and in-stock products your order will be split into one or more separate orders; one order for all in-stock product, and one order for each pre-order product.This also means that the total at checkout will appear higher than what you are actually charged, since we do not charge for pre-orders shipment until the product is ready to ship. You will be charged shipping for each order, because they are separate shipments.
